- Department of Transportation physical examination, or simply a DOT Exam, is required for all licensed commercial drivers in the US and must be performed by an approved doctor of medicine. Dr. Matt Gilbertson is registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). DOT Exams are available Monday thru Saturday, and same-day appointments are more than welcome!
